ISC, a non-profit organization (GmbH), was founded in 2013 through a public-private non-profit association consisting of the following local and regional stakeholders:

• Federation of Industries Carinthia, Industriellenvereinigung Kärnten (IV) 
• Catholic Diocese of Gurk,
